Job summary

Covenant Living in Illinois seeks a strategic healthcare leader to serve as the central office resource for clinical operations across Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. You will develop, facilitate, implement, and maintain healthcare standards regionally, aiming to improve resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will mentor staff, oversee budgets and reimbursement processes, collaborate with central office teams, and help drive performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in healthcare.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical programs and curricula.
• Experience with training plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain clinical policies and procedures with regulatory compliance.
• Develop, monitor, and improve quality programs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with central office and community leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and reimbursement processes including Medicare/Medicaid.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, evaluations, and professional development of clinical staff.
• Coordinate training curriculums and assist with licensure surveys.
