Covenant Living is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to strengthen clinical supervision and elevate the standard of care in our care facilities. You will support the Director of Nursing, step in during absences, and collaborate with nurse managers to guide nursing decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring RN licensure, leadership experience in long-term care, strong organizational skills, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• RN nursing degree in the state is required.
• BSN degree is preferred.
• Two years in a leadership role in acute, sub-acute or long-term care required.
• Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois is required.
• Strong time management, self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Computer and technological literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for clinical supervision in the nursing department to ensure high standards of care in line with policies and federal/state regulations.
• Support the Director of Nursing and assume functions in their absence.
• Assist nurse managers in decisions regarding nursing care.
• Function as Infection Control Practitioner, QA and restorative lead of the facility.
• Help coordinate educational offerings for the nursing department.
• Participate in Medicare and Insurance assessments, completing worksheets and evaluating conditions and coverage.
• Monitor and track MDS schedules and therapy minutes for billing.
• Participate in staff oversight including interviewing, hiring, evaluations and discipline.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Current license, in good standing, as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois, required.

• Excellent skills in assessing problems, planning and evaluating solutions.
• Computer and technological literacy, required.

#RNCompensation Pay Range $96,324.00 - $137,020.50 per yearReasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $96,324.00 - $137,020.50 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.For full time employees, we offer a generous benefits package that includes:
