The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking a qualified Director of the Clinical Management Office. This role has strategic oversight of placement site development, regulatory compliance, and licensure processes, requiring strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. The Director leads complex projects, makes strategic decisions, and serves as the face of the program to ensure high-quality clinical experiences that meet educational and accreditation standards. The Director will be responsible for supervising two staff members.
Develops and implements the vision and strategic plan of the program, manages administrative functions, and fosters effective relationships with stakeholders. Develops budgets, marketing, outreach strategies, and identifies potential funding sources.
Little physical effort required. Duties are primarily sedentary.
