Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Director of Clinical Intelligence, Quality Engineering & Data Operations to lead the teams delivering population health, clinical quality, care gap management, and data-driven decision support across CenterWell Primary Care.

The role drives the evolution of engineering platforms, data operations, and analytics enablement, partnering with Clinical, Operations, Product, and Data & Analytics leaders to improve provider effectiveness and patient outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations.
• Experience leading both software and data engineering teams.
• Experience with healthcare technology, population health, quality programs, risk adjustment, or clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations for technologies supporting panel management, clinical quality, risk adjustment, provider insights, and population health workflows.
• Drive analytics enablement by providing data integration, ingestion frameworks, and analytics platform support.
• Oversee data operations, reliability, governance, and deployment readiness for clinical and operational data assets.
• Establish shared platforms, reusable services, and self-service capabilities to accelerate delivery across Primary Care Technology.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization across software, data, and platform disciplines.
• Partner with clinical, operations, product, and analytics leaders to deliver scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.
