AiLux S.r.l. is seeking a Clinical Scientist (Executive Director, Senior Director or Director) to bridge laboratory discoveries and clinical applications in autoimmune, inflammatory, and immune-mediated diseases.

You will support trial design and cross-functional collaboration across PoM/PoC programs. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Development, you will coordinate study execution from phase 0 to phase 2a, contribute to regulatory filings, mentor staff, and ensure science-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of clinical R&D experience in pharma, biotech, or CROs.
• Hands-on management of clinical trials from conception through closeout.
• Strong regulatory and ICH-GCP understanding.
• Experience with immunology programs and PoC development.
• Multiregion trial experience (US, China, Europe).

Responsabilités

• Design, planning, management, and monitoring of Phase 0 to Phase 2a PoC studies.
• Coordinate translation of preclinical data into starting doses and escalation schemes.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues.
• Engage with external partners and publish data.
