Concorde Career Colleges in Memphis, TN is seeking a Director of Clinical Education to ensure clinical site availability for Diagnostic Medical Sonography students. You will prepare students through labs, lectures, and coordinating required screenings for clinical placements.

The role includes building and maintaining affiliations, coordinating clinical and didactic education, supervising instructors, and ensuring compliance with program objectives to support student success and program growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required.
• RDMS certification with OB/GYN or Abdominals specialization is required.
• Teaching experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clinical affiliations and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain clinical affiliation agreements with program sites.
• Visit affiliates to validate clinical objectives and evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop, monitor, and refine the clinical education component of the curriculum.
• Provide supervision of clinical instructors and preceptors.
• Coordinate clinical education with didactic education and schedule rotations.
• Ensure student records (immunizations, background checks, drug testing) are complete and compliant.
• Promote safety and compliance in labs and clinical environments.
