Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Clinical Education Assessment and Outcomes to lead the design, assessment, and continuous improvement of the clinical education program. The role coordinates with Academic Affairs and affiliated sites to advance accreditation, curriculum evaluation, and data-driven quality initiatives.

The position emphasizes assessment, accreditation, educational outcomes, and collaboration with faculty to enhance student success and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD/EdD or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years in higher education or medical education settings.
• Experience with educational assessment methodologies and data analysis.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and quality improvement processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with educational databases, reporting tools, and assessment software.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment activities related to the clinical curriculum and student performance.
• Monitor student progression and evaluate outcomes in clinical education.
• Develop reports, dashboards and outcome measures for decision-making.
• Support accreditation through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in curriculum evaluation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee student evaluations, schedules, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical sites to improve educational effectiveness.
