You will help clients build climate-aware strategies, integrate resilience into operations and capital planning, and deliver rigorous insights for engagements and thought leadership.

• Contribute to flagship thought leadership and client-facing materials.
• Advise across company stages and investor types.
• Develop decision-ready frameworks including scenarios and uncertainty analysis.
• Validate claims with scientific diligence and maintain credibility for board and investor audiences.
• Integrate climate science with business and financial contexts to highlight operational and financial implications.
• Create reusable advisory assets and toolkits for scalable client engagements.
• Engage senior stakeholders in workshops and executive briefings; translate questions into analyses and deliverables.
• Align outputs with firm standards and reputational risk considerations across regions.
