Job summary

America Is All In, operating under the Climate Power Education Fund, seeks a Director of Research and Learning to lead its research strategy and to build a centralized information hub for internal and partner use. You will oversee commissioned research, collaborate with academic and policy partners, and translate data into actionable insights for domestic and international audiences.

You will stay attuned to climate and clean energy developments, identify research gaps, and ensure resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with academic or applied research in climate and clean energy policy.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder research projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute All In’s research strategy and hub for internal and partner use.
• Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and other partners.
• Monitor field trends and synthesize actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Support research-informed communications with clear data-driven messaging.
• Lead and develop a learning culture within All In and with partners.
• Manage consultants and vendors and coordinate co-branded products and engagements.
