Job summary

ADP is hiring a Director, Client Services (Retirement Services) within our Key Account organization. You will lead ~40 team members, including 4 direct reports, shaping service strategy and elevating client retention across Retirement Services.

Reporting to the Service Executive of Key Accounts, you will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to design scalable service models, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement that delivers measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Client Services, Retirement Services, or related fields.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Strong communication and executive presence with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and build leadership bench strength.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision and performance of scalable service teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation.
• Establish KPIs, standards, and goals across teams.
• Leverage data insights to identify trends and mitigate risk.
