Job summary

Production Solutions, a Moore Company, seeks a Director of Client Services to lead a high-performing production team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will coach staff, ensure on-time delivery, and translate strategic priorities into practical actions that improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of client-based experience in direct mail, production management, or operations.
• Proven leadership of large teams and ability to manage change in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a production team to deliver high-quality client work on time and within scope.
• Improve processes to boost productivity, reduce rework, and streamline handoffs with internal teams.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, risk management, and responsive service.
• Forecast and manage revenue and costs using data, dashboards, and financial insights.
• Partner with HR on interviewing, onboarding, and performance development plans.
