Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ client-facing experience.
• Experience in sales/advisory roles and/or consulting with ability to monetize advisory offerings.
• Interest in agriculture and forestry policy issues.
• Experience with strategic planning and pitching preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation, and writing skills.
• Sustainability and environmental policy interest.
• Self-starter with team mindset and attention to details.
• Willingness to travel; hybrid work acceptable.
• English fluent; Portuguese a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic account plans and support leadership in strategy planning and new pitches.
• Conduct prospecting, cold outreach, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Lead business development and upsell opportunities; manage renewals.
• Monitor political risks, policy developments, and market trends affecting clients.
• Build deep client relationships and drive long-term account growth.
• Develop understanding of Eurasia Group’s products and act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with analysts and strategy teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Maintain client servicing tracker and ensure commitments and deliverables.
• Prepare project documents: timelines, requirements, deliverables, reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and BD processes.
