Eurasia Group, a leading global research and advisory firm, seeks a Director, Client Services for its Agriculture and Forestry Practice in the US. Based in Washington DC or New York, the role focuses on growing the client base by delivering policy and geopolitical insights across agriculture and forestry sectors.

Hybrid work is available, and you will engage with diverse client types while leading high-value proposals and renewals.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years' prior experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in a sales, advisory role and/or consulting with monetizing offerings is preferred.
• Interest in agriculture and forestry policy issues.
• Experience with strategic planning and prospecting/pitching is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication/presentation, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmental policy issues.
• Must be a self-starter with a team mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and work across regions/time zones.
• Hybrid work option; strong relationship management required.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategic account plans and support leadership in strategy planning and pitches.
• Do cold outreach, draft client proposals, and negotiate contracts, renewals, and upsells.
• Lead business development, including prospecting, proposals, and renewals.
• Monitor political risks, policy developments, and market trends affecting clients.
• Build and nurture deep client relationships for long-term growth.
• Understand Eurasia Group products and advise on political risk in client priorities.
• Collaborate with analysts and teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Maintain client servicing tracker and ensure deliverables are met.
• Prepare project documentation and manage timelines and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and processes.
