Job summary

Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated seeks a Director, Client Marketing Intelligence, the Americas to aggregate and translate marketing data into actionable insights. The role drives revenue growth and client loyalty with regional leadership across all lines of business.

Lead enterprise marketing platforms, develop KPI reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development and account teams to win more business while exceeding client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or related field.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • 5+ years in strategic marketing, analytics, or business operations in a financial services company.
  • Deep expertise in business and marketing analytics and translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with large B2B organizations preferred.
  • Insurance-related experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of broad business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide tangible sales and marketing support.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools and presentation data visualization.
  • Understanding of marketing disciplines and tools including segmentation, SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, lead generation, and databases.
  • MBA, FLMI or CLU preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate marketing data and intel from across business initiatives, industry intelligence and internal marketing platforms, analyze for useful client engagement insights and trend data, and translate into actionable information for regional leadership and business teams.
  • Support the Client Marketing team strategy and focus on consistently improving client engagement for the purpose of increasing client loyalty and driving revenue growth in alignment with the Americas strategic objectives across all lines of businesses.
  • Apply business experience, research tools, and marketing analytics to inform strategic decision making for regional leaders and business teams.
  • Create internal reporting framework comprised of key performance indicators that outline progress against business targets and gets distributed to regional leadership and account teams.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to the Americas enterprise marketing platforms to meet RGA Americas’ specific business needs, collect the most useful data insights, and allow for seamless integration with existing systems and processes for ease of use and access.
  • Drive enterprise marketing system advancements and lead platform training programs for the Americas, including onboarding and ongoing training programs that support the unique requirements of regional client-facing associates and teams.
  • Establish and manage internal cross-functional and cross-business relationships across the region, as well as with partners in EMEA and APAC.

A Brief Overview

The Director, Client Marketing Intelligence, the Americas, is responsible for aggregating, analyzing, and translating marketing data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. Executes on the Americas regional strategy to drive revenue growth and client loyalty across RGA. Drives alignment of the Business Development and account teams leveraging the tools, insights, and strategies to help them win more business while exceeding client expectations.

What You Will Do

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) in marketing, business analytics, or related field required.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • 5+ Years of experience and demonstrated success in strategic marketing, marketing analytics, sales operations or business operations, business development, sales and/or advertising, including working with a financial services company required.
  • Deep expertise in business and marketing analytics and translating that data into actionable business applications required.
  • Experience working for a large B2B organization preferred.
  • Insurance-related experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of broad business practices required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide tangible and effective sales and marketing support resulting in the achievement of business growth strategy objectives required.
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, as well as presentation data visualization programs required.
  • Analytics, planning and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey sophisticated business concepts to all stakeholders, including clients and associates required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities required.
  • Advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and an aptitude for decision making and problem solving required.
  • Deep experience in enterprise-level marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar required.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to effectively work and direct executives and business professionals to translate needs and problems into viable/accepted technology solutions required.
  • Understanding of marketing disciplines and tools including but not limited to customer segmentation; SEO; paid search; paid media; social media; email marketing; lead generation; database management; website builders, among others required.
  • MBA, FLMI or CLU preferred.

Compensation Range

$89,310.00 - $134,870.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
