Job summary

Centura Investment Advisory, headquartered in San Diego with a national presence, seeks a Director, Client Experience to own the end-to-end client and advisor experience across platforms and workflows. You will drive multi-year technology roadmaps, evaluate AI-driven solutions including Claude Teams, and lead build-vs-buy decisions with strong business cases.

You will manage vendor relationships, MSPs, and budgets, while ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership role combining client/advisor experience, technology strategy, and business development.
• Experience evaluating or building AI-driven tools in a regulated wealth-management setting.
• Familiarity with wealth-management systems (Addepar, Salesforce) and APIs.
• Ability to build a business case for build-versus-buy decisions.
• Strong vendor relationships and regulatory data obligations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client/advisor experience across Centura platforms.
• Set multi-year roadmaps for client-facing and advisor-facing technology aligned to growth.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of AI-driven internal tools to boost productivity.
• Make build-versus-buy recommendations with solid business cases.
• Ensure responsible, secure use of AI across the firm.
• Partner with leadership to enable ultra-high-net-worth business development.
• Oversee vendor/MSP relationships, budget, and third-party risk.
• Govern data compliance and report on metrics to the COO and exec committee.
