We are seeking a Director, Client Executive - Insurance Segment to join our Global Client Management team. This role is based in New York City, NY - HYBRID.


In this role, you will:


  1. Deliver solutions, articulate value, and engage in consultative client coverage.
  2. Oversee initiatives aligned with business strategy, contributing to our values and vision.
  3. Serve as the primary interface between business/functional areas and leadership, developing and executing tailored solutions.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to meet key business objectives.
  5. Monitor client account activity and serve as the escalation point for client satisfaction.
  6. Partner with revenue teams to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
  7. Ensure work is integrated across teams and meets quality standards.
  8. Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Commercialization teams within our Platform Operating Model.
  9. Engage with the Sales team to incorporate market feedback into strategic planning.
  10. Develop and mentor junior talent within the firm.

To succeed, candidates should have:


  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience, preferably in securities or financial services.
  3. A passion for the business with a drive to excel.
  4. Strong commercial acumen, risk management, and continuous learning mindset.
  5. Ability to inspire teams and deliver superior client outcomes.
  6. Expertise in the financial services industry, including trends and business models.
  7. Structured problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  8. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  9. Ability to navigate a matrixed organization professionally.
