With tuition reimbursement, wellness perks, and a strong community impact, we invest in your success—both personally and professionally. Ready to grow with us?

This opportunity is in the Claims department.

In this leadership role, you will oversee the handling of Workers’ Compensation claims within your assigned region while guiding and developing Claims Managers and Analysts. You will manage complex claims from initial assignment through closure, evaluating coverage and exposure, establishing reserves, negotiating settlements, coordinating litigation efforts, and helping mitigate medical exposure. You will also provide direction to third-party administrators and work closely with internal partners to ensure claims are handled effectively and in accordance with established procedures and authority levels.

As a people leader, you will be responsible for the quality and consistency of your team’s claim handling. You will assign claims, conduct desk and settlement reserve audits, complete performance appraisals, review open and closed claims, and train new Claims handlers. You will also oversee aggregate claims within your region, coordinate TPA audits, evaluate TPA performance, and support the approval process for new TPAs and self-administration requests.

Your ability to build strong partnerships will be essential as you collaborate with Underwriting on large losses, problem accounts, jurisdictional developments, and account-specific matters. You will also partner with Medical Management, Audit, vendor partners, outside counsel, and other stakeholders to drive effective claim outcomes. This position may require travel for claim and TPA audits based on business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook applications.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
