The Holliston Public Library invites applications for the Head of Circulation & Young Adult Services in Holliston. The role oversees circulation operations, supervises staff, and contributes to the library's online presence and newsletter, while developing programs for teens and tweens.

You will lead teen services, coordinate volunteers, manage community engagement, and participate in management discussions. MLS required; experience with young adults preferred.

Qualifications

• MLS/Masters in Library Science required.
• One or more years of professional library experience.
• Supervisory experience and experience with young adults required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily Circulation Desk operations to ensure high-quality patron service.
• Manage all circulation functions using Sierra.
• Oversee collection maintenance activities, including weeding and inventory.
• Lead Teen Zone programs and supervise teen services staff and volunteers.
• Develop and update the library website and social media content.
• Produce the library's bi-monthly newsletter and marketing materials.
• Engage with schools and community organizations to support youth programs.
• Prepare and analyze circulation statistics and reports.
