Job summary

TD Bank in New York is seeking a Director reporting to the Head of CIB & Research Technology to lead the day-to-day business management for CIB Technology, with accountability for technology strategy, financial discipline, workforce and location planning, vendor governance, risk management and leadership effectiveness.

The role partners closely with the Head of CIB Technology and a diverse leadership team while managing the Business Management function supporting the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm—leadership forums, quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Coordinate executive priorities, decisions and actions, ensuring clear ownership, timely follow-through and visibility of key outcomes.
• Develop executive scorecards, management information and briefing materials that provide clear insight into organizational performance, priorities, risks and decisions required.
• Continuously improve the CIB Technology operating model, management processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor and connector across Technology, business, Finance, Human Resources, Risk and other partner functions.
