Responsibilities

• Coordinates, implements and evaluates clinical services and system elements for a multidisciplinary care model for pediatric surgery.
• Ensures compliance with state and national standards for Level I status and coordinates ACS site reviews.
• Manages program operations including clinical protocols, care across the hospital continuum, and staff education.
• Acts as liaison between the program and other services involved in pediatric surgical care.
• Oversees data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting to support performance improvement and research.
