Job summary

Gateway Region YMCA is seeking a senior program leader to direct and supervise community programs, recruit and develop staff and volunteers, and expand activities in line with strategic plans. Recruit, hire, train, schedule and direct staff and volunteers.
Review staff performance and motivate teams to achieve targets.
Develop new programs and expand offerings within the community.
Oversee marketing, registration and scholarship processes for programs.
Manage program budgets and ensure programs operate within budget.
Coordinate facilities for activities and events; support safety and ADA compliance.
Collaborate with state authorities, schools and families; participate in Program Management Teams.
Compile statistics, monitor participation and program impact; perform other duties as assigned.
