We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. With our innovative platform, we've been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.

We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We're just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

We're looking for a bold, decisive, and inspiring change leader who can do it all: build trust with execs, craft messages that move hearts and minds, and lead employees through fast-paced transformation without breaking a sweat. Reporting to the VP of Organizational Excellence, you'll be our go-to for leading enterprise-wide employee communications and complex changes, blending strategy and execution in one high-impact role. If you love chaos, clarity, and communication equally—we want you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the company-wide change management strategy that helps our employees navigate and embrace organizational transformation with clarity, energy, and confidence.
  • Partner directly with our C-Suite and Extended Leadership Team to identify and drive high-impact communication strategies for key business priorities and organizational changes.
  • Lead the planning, communication, and rollout of complex, high-impact changes across the company.
  • Maintain and evolve our internal communications infrastructure (e.g., our intranet, Slack channels, Rewatch, newsletter) to maximize relevance, reach, and connection in a hybrid workplace.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to executive leaders and people managers, equipping them with the messaging, tools, and guidance they need to lead through complexity.
  • Ensure change and communications plans are embedded across critical People-led initiatives, including DEI, Total Rewards, Org Design, Performance Enablement, and Policy.
  • Champion visibility and storytelling across the organization—surfacing the stories and strategies that connect our team to our mission and vision.
  • Lead with urgency, courage, and clarity in times of change or ambiguity—whether you're building a comms plan or jumping into a crisis moment.
  • Regularly measure impact and improve effectiveness through feedback loops, usage data, engagement analytics, and employee input.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Clear, concise change and comms plans embedded into 100% of enterprise initiatives.
  • Internal comms channels have 70%+ open/view rates and are seen as trusted sources of truth.
  • 75%+ satisfaction from ELT and People team stakeholders on comms/change partnership.
  • Employee engagement data that reflects clarity, confidence, and readiness during change.
  • Employee engagement data that reflects Internal communications feel proactive, coordinated, and human.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years in change leadership roles, organizational development, or employee communications roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change efforts with high visibility and impact.
  • Outstanding ability to speak and write in a way that is clear, commanding, and human.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles (Prosci, Kotter, or similar) and a sharp instinct for how to adapt them in real life.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and acts fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Highly trusted by executives. Credible, influential, and calm under pressure.
  • Track record of building systems and frameworks while rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Comfort with being front-and-center: you don't wait for the brief, you create it.
  • Naturally persistent and resilient—can juggle multiple complex priorities without getting stuck in the weeds.
  • Passionate about employee clarity, communication, and connection.
  • Bonus points for change management certification.
