Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in enterprise technology.
• 3+ years in Cell & Gene Therapy space preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, delivery, security, support, and evolution of enterprise laboratory technology platforms.
• Own site budget, vendor management, and value realization across services and platforms.
• Serve as LC1/2 product owner, capturing requirements and shaping demand for platform teams.
• Build and retain a high-performing Lab Engineering Support organization.
• Ensure compliant operations in GxP and SOX environments and manage cross-site prioritization.
