Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related discipline from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Eligible to be director of a CFP Board registered program (CFP professional or related CFP path).
• Accelerated Path requirements include CFA, CPA, CHFC, CLU, licensed attorney, or related advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Teach finance courses and serve as the Director of the Certificate in Financial Planning.
• Recruit and place students; coordinate with board of advisors.
• Manage resources and budget; oversee experiential learning projects.
• Maintain CFP Board registered status of the certificate.
• Encourage pursuit of CFP/CFA designations where applicable.
