What You'll Do

As a senior leader, you will serve as both a strategic advisor and operational leader, helping clients solve complex financial and accounting challenges while supporting the development of the firm's people and practice.

Client Leadership & Advisory

• Serve as a trusted Fractional CFO and strategic advisor to business owners and executive teams
• Lead complex accounting, advisory, and outsourced finance engagements
• Provide executive-level financial guidance and business insights
• Oversee engagement quality, client satisfaction, and issue resolution
• Build long-term relationships with clients and become an extension of their leadership teams
• Help clients improve financial processes, reporting, controls, forecasting, and decision‑making
• Lead and mentor managers, seniors, associates, and offshore team members
• Coach and develop future leaders through a structured mentoring culture
• Serve as a technical resource for accounting and advisory professionals
• Act as a bridge between partners and staff, helping solve challenges and support firm initiatives
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support organizational growth and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to firm operations, process improvements, and service expansion
• Help shape the future of a growing advisory practice
• Partner with leadership to drive excellence across client engagements and internal operations

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience providing Fractional CFO or CFO Advisory services

• Advanced accounting and financial advisory expertise

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities

Preferred Background

• Public accounting experience
• Outsourced Accounting, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or advisory consulting experience
• CPA preferred
• Experience supporting privately held businesses across a variety of industries
• Nonprofit experience is a plus
