Expeditors is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to lead planning, forecasting, and management reporting. This hands-on role will partner with regional controllers and executives to translate business performance into actionable financial insight.

You will own the annual plan, scenarios, and executive-ready messaging, while building a scalable FP&A function within a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A.
• Experience in a mature FP&A organization within a large public company.
• Track record of forecasting, planning, and board material preparation.
• Strong process orientation and repeatable rhythm development.
• Ability to translate operational performance into financial insight.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting with timelines and assumptions.
• Own annual operating plan and long-range planning processes.
• Develop enterprise KPI frameworks and executive narratives.
• Coach and develop a small Central FP&A team.
• Partner with senior leaders to connect financial results to operations.
• Prepare earnings materials for Board and senior leadership.
