Job summary

Versant Media seeks a Director of Central Accounting - Record to Report (R2R) to lead centralized, enterprise-wide R2R operations. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global R2R, and focuses on close, reporting, reconciliation, and governance across Versant.

Based in Orlando, this leader will manage two managers and offshore resources, drive standardization, and advance process and technology improvements in R2R activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Experience leading R2R or shared services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized R2R operations with accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls.
• Oversee journal entries, intercompany, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Controllership, Treasury, Payroll, and outsourced providers.
• Drive process standardization and automation across R2R activities.
• Manage relationships with offshore BPO resources.
