The candidate will drive digitization, cost control, and continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory readiness and a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline
• Typically requires 12 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing day-to-day drug product manufacturing site operations
• Experience building and training a manufacturing team to operate at a high level in a cGMP environment
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, and other health authorities)

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant, multi-product cell therapy manufacturing operations across three shifts
• Build and maintain inventory to support patient needs and capacity planning
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate strategic decisions into manufacturing execution
• Drive digitization, automation, and data integrity across manufacturing operations
• Champion GMP compliance and a strong quality culture while developing leaders
