Rush University Medical Center in Chicago seeks a Director for the Cell Therapy Institute (CTI) to lead the CTI Operations, oversee budgets, grants, and staff, and coordinate with the BMT/Cell Therapy leadership to implement policies and strategic plans.

Pay Range: $108,500 - $161,600 per hour

The Cell Therapy Institute (CTI) is a free-standing multi-disciplinary clinical and research center within the Oncology Service Line. The Institute will employ faculty and staff from the Division of Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy, Section of Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant. The institute conducts cell collection, cell manufacturing, cell receiving and storage, clinical management of patient’s peri-cell infusion, and performs clinical trials. CTI envisions to perform basic and translational research, including manufacturing cells in the future. The director work with director of apheresis and cellular processing laboratory director in these activities. The director, CTI Operations will be responsible for overall fiscal and personnel management of the CTI and all its components, including clinical trials and grants management. Director will oversee the design, development, and implementation of uniform, system-wide policies and procedures necessary to meet the goals and mission of the CTI.
