Bain & Company is seeking a Director within Celerity, our pricing-focused practice, to lead high-impact engagements in pricing strategy across industries from Palo Alto. You will join Celerity, a fast-growing business within Bain & Company focused on delivering high-impact pricing and commercial strategy engagements. You will work closely with Celerity leadership and Bain's Pricing Center of Excellence to lead pricing projects across industries and client contexts.
As a Director within Celerity, you will lead complex pricing engagements that help clients improve revenue performance and commercial effectiveness. You will oversee pricing analyses, guide consulting teams, lead client discussions, and help scale Celerity's pricing methodologies, tools, and delivery capabilities.
This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week. Travel requirements may vary based on client and business needs.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below).
