Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Career Services, job placement, staffing, and/or recruitment.
• Charismatic with excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Management experience with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Team player who supports campus-wide success and department growth.
• Strong time management and dedication to a high-performing organization.
• Experience with Social Media platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of CampusVue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and prepare students for employment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain employer partnerships and career opportunities for Lincoln Tech's students and graduates.
• Organize and conduct job fairs, campus visits, career information sessions, mock interviews, and similar activities.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and student panels.
• Career placement compliance and reporting.
• Manage Career Services activities to improve outcomes.
• Motivate and lead the Career Services Team to meet company and accreditation expectations.
