Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital seeks an executive to lead the CVOR and Perfusion teams, aligning clinical operations with the hospital's mission and values. This role oversees administrative, operational, and clinical domains to drive value-driven cardiovascular outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in inpatient leadership, strong data analytics, and a track record of physician collaboration and program management within interventional cardiovascular or open heart services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university Required
• Master's degree in Business Administration Preferred
• 7 years of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting with three (3) of those years in progressive leadership roles. Required
• improvement or strategic project management preferably in continuous improvement, transformation and management functions Required
• Significant experience in productive physician/caregiver relationship building and relationship management Required
• Clinical cardiovascular experience and/or management experience in an interventional cardiovascular program and/or open heart program Preferred
• Experienced in manipulating and managing complex data sets and making data driven decisions. Preferred
• Six Sigma and PMP certification Preferred
