MBA preferred for strategic leadership in healthcare operations.
Six Sigma and PMP certifications are preferred credentials.
Seven years in inpatient hospital settings with leadership experience required.
Experience in improvement or transformation projects and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Leads administrative, operational, and clinical functions of CVOR and perfusion teams.
Promotes the mission and values of Piedmont Healthcare across cardiovascular services.
Guides CV service delivery across the continuum to improve value-driven outcomes.
Collaborates with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives in cardiovascular care.
