Job summary

MRINetwork seeks a Director of Capital Project Engineering for a BioPharma CDMO in Spokane, WA. The role leads capital planning, governance and PMO activities across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in capital projects within regulated manufacturing, with 5+ years in BioPharma leadership and a BS in Engineering. Relocation support and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction/Project Management or related field.
• 12+ years of capital project/engineering experience in regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years in BioPharma sector.
• 5+ years leading a department of engineers & multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site capital planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range capital planning.
• Establish governance, stage-gate expectations and consistent PM practices."
• Oversee projects from concept through commissioning, qualification, turnover and closeout.
• Ensure projects have clear charters, budgets, risk plans, change controls, and clear acceptance criteria.
