Job summary

Panthalassa, a renewable energy and ocean technology company, seeks a Director, Capital Project Delivery to lead owner-side capital projects—from definition and design through commissioning and turnover. The role blends strategy with hands-on field execution across facilities, infrastructure, and R&D environments.

The director will shape the delivery model, build the internal team, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with partners to deliver scalable, safe, and cost-effective projects

Qualifications

Approximately 12+ years delivering complex capital projects.
Experience leading owner-side project delivery through definition to closeout.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with high capital exposure.

Responsibilities

Lead capital portfolio and team delivery for facilities and infrastructure.
Set strategy, scope, budget, schedule, risk, staffing, and acceptance criteria.
Build and scale the capital projects team and capabilities.
Manage field progress, safety, quality, and documentation throughout delivery.
Ensure commissioning, turnover, and closeout meet operational needs.
