Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 14+ years in engineering and design, installation, commissioning and qualification of capital projects.
• 8+ years as the overall project manager on capital projects with total cost between 100–250M USD.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, EPC/EPCM, risk management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of select strategic investments from front-end loading through execution, commissioning and start-up.
• Develop, review and submit Capital Project Appropriations (CPAs) and present to investment committees.
• Provide oversight of technical peer reviews and post-implementation reviews to improve project delivery.
• Champion communities of practice and design global standards for capital project management.
• Mentor peers, evaluate competency, and develop training to meet business needs.
