Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a strategic leader with deep Capital Markets and Banking experience to drive growth in the New York market. This role combines delivery leadership, business development, and people management to build trusted client relationships and high-performing teams.

You will guide delivery, develop new capabilities, and mentor consultants while shaping the firm’s culture and go-to-market efforts in a fast-growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in consulting, primarily within Capital Markets and/or Banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact consulting engagements across operating model design and large-scale system implementations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in front-to-back capital markets processes including front-office trading, finance, risk, and operations.
• Apply understanding of core banking and trading platforms and the business processes they support (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Aladdin, SAP, Oracle).
• Build and manage a large sales pipeline and oversee multiple client accounts.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on hiring, team building, and culture development.
• Represent the firm externally with clients and internally as a leadership role model.
• Contribute to thought leadership, solution development, and go-to-market initiatives.
