Job summary

Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Louisiana seeks a Director to provide administrative, operational, and managerial direction for navigation, survivorship, and support services across the cancer program network.

You will lead onboarding, develop clinical guidelines, and ensure evidence-based practices, coordinating with partners to enhance patient experience. This role requires an RN or LCSW with oncology leadership experience and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years oncology nursing or oncology social work experience with cancer navigation exposure.
• Active RN or LCSW licensure in Louisiana required; OCN or OSW-C preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative oversight of navigation, survivorship and support services.
• Oversight of clinical, patient/family/caregiver services for navigation and survivorship.
• Department liaison and representative.
