Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years experience in nursing, health administration, or business.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Licensed RN with current credentials preferred.

• Manages oncology services staff and budgets; prepares annual budgets.
• Collaborates with departments to ensure efficient patient care operations.
• Develops education programs and outreach with community agencies.
