Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law enforcement or related field from an accredited college or institution.
• Master’s degree in law enforcement or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of campus law enforcement and public safety operations.
• Ensure protection of people and property; manage investigations and develop security policies.
• Supervise personnel, coordinate training, and foster a safe campus environment in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Direct hiring processes, schedules, evaluations, and disciplinary actions within the department.
• Maintain security logs and reports; coordinate law enforcement initiatives and training.
• Produce data and testify on legislation; notify administrative staff in emergencies.
