Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is partnering with a growing apparel company to recruit a Director of Business Systems. The role leads ERP optimization, PLM evaluation and implementation, EDI and retail portal functionality, and vendor management across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings ERP administration experience, a strong business analyst mindset, and a proven track record of leading system implementations from selection through go-live, with preference for apparel/wholesale/PLM/EDI

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for optimizing ERP systems, leading PLM evaluation and implementation, overseeing EDI and retail portal functionality, managing technology vendors, and serving as the primary point of contact for business systems across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings ERP administration experience, a strong business analyst mindset, and a proven track record of leading system implementations from selection through go-live. Experience in apparel, wholesale, PLM, or EDI environments is highly preferred.
