Global Recruiters of Lowcountry (GRN) represents an outdoor lifestyle apparel company hiring a data and systems owner who ensures data accuracy from product creation through production, inventory, wholesale ordering, and fulfillment. The role emphasizes identifying problems, implementing better solutions, and building scalable systems with high visibility across the organization.

Onsite 5 days a week, you will collaborate with leadership to improve data workflows and business processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management, business systems, ERP administration, product data, operations, or related fields.
• Experience in apparel, fashion, wholesale, retail, or consumer products strongly preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or order management systems.
• Experience managing large amounts of product/SKU data.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and independent ownership.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and naturally systems-minded.

This person will become the internal owner of our product data and key systems, ensuring that information is accurate from the moment a product is created through production, inventory, wholesale ordering, and fulfillment.

The right candidate will not simply maintain existing processes. They will identify problems, find better solutions, and continuously improve the way our systems and data support the business.

This is an important role with significant visibility across the organization and an opportunity to help build scalable systems as the company continues to grow.
