Job description

The company’s commercial offering, AIStor, is built for the on-premises exabyte-scale data infrastructure challenges presented by modern business-critical analytics, ML and AI workloads. MinIO is deployed by 77% of the F100 and powers many of the largest private cloud AI deployments in the world.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Systems to lead, optimize, and scale the technology stacks supporting our Go-to-Market teams. This strategic role will be responsible for evaluating, managing, and integrating our CRM, marketing automation platforms, sales enablement tools, analytics, and related systems to drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and an outstanding customer journey. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic business acumen and leadership skills.

What you will do:

Go-To-Market Business Applications Ownership
  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Sales (CRM, Sales Enablement, Revenue Intelligence) and Marketing (Marketing Automation, Attribution, ABM) technology ecosystems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors for all systems-related initiatives.
  • Manage the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Ensure seamless integration between platforms, including CRM, Marketing Automation, BI, ERP, and Data Warehouses.
Operational Strategy and Optimization
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions, process improvements, and data workflows.
  • Build and maintain system architecture and documentation.
  • Lead initiatives to automate manual processes, improve data hygiene, and increase user adoption of core platforms.
  • Analyze system performance, identify areas of opportunity, and drive enhancements to maximize ROI.
  • Drive cross-functional technology projects from discovery through deployment and adoption.
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives.
  • Build business cases for new technology investments and upgrades; manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned with broader business objectives.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Systems, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, lead management, opportunity management, sales forecasting, campaign attribution, and customer journey mapping.
  • Deep knowledge of integrations between systems using APIs, middleware (like Workato or Zapier), and native connectors.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business problems into system designs and technical requirements.
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase) and Sales Enablement tools (Outreach, Highspot).
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on system management.
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
