Description
Discover a career where you ignite innovation for millions, transform passion into growth opportunities, celebrate each other's unique experiences, and embrace flexibility to do your best work. We are seeking a leader to run the Monetization team within our Business Operations function. This team assesses how well Pinterest’s strategy delivers enterprise performance and influences executive decisions to evolve strategy and operations. You will lead a high-performing team that partners with key leaders across the organization to provide data-driven insights that accelerate our strategic roadmap, focusing on monetization and opportunity identification. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, sales, and finance teams, shaping a unique and dynamic digital ads platform with global reach.

What You’ll Do
  1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and how our products and go-to-market investments fit into our broader strategy.
  2. Become a subject-matter expert and partner effectively with leaders in product, engineering, sales, and other key areas to accelerate their strategic initiatives through data, insights, and frameworks.
  3. Define critical KPIs, develop forecasts and scenarios, and facilitate discussions with stakeholders on key topics.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for leadership on monetization metrics, providing insights on trends and movements in our consumer products.
  5. Design and coordinate strategic and operational planning processes for key growth metrics.
  6. Manage a high-performing team recognized as critical thought partners in their domains.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic, analytical, and operational roles, with a strong ability to analyze data and work collaboratively across teams. Experience in Biz Ops, consulting, investing, analytics, growth, or product management is preferred, especially within consumer internet, eCommerce, or digital advertising sectors.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • A systems thinker who balances attention to detail with strategic actionability, comfortable working with data, tools, and teams to translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with senior executives, engineers, and frontline staff. A collaborative, low-ego approach is essential.
  • Proven leadership in developing talent, setting ambitious goals, and delivering results through teams, with comfort in engaging directly with various levels of staff.
