We are seeking a leader to run the Monetization team within our business operations. The team's mission is to assess how well Pinterest’s strategy delivers enterprise performance and influence executive decisions to evolve strategy and operations accordingly. You will lead a high-performing, impactful team partnering with key leaders across product, engineering, strategy, sales, and finance to provide data-driven insights that accelerate execution on our strategic roadmap, with a focus on monetization and opportunity identification. This role offers the opportunity to impact a unique and dynamic digital ads platform with global reach.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of our overall business and how our products and go-to-market investments fit into our broader strategy.
  • Become a subject-matter expert and collaborate effectively with leaders in product, engineering, sales, and other critical areas to accelerate their strategic initiatives through data, insights, and frameworks.
  • Define key KPIs for regular reporting, develop forecasts and scenarios, and lead discussions with stakeholders on critical topics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership on monetization metrics, trends, and insights related to our consumer products.
  • Design and coordinate strategic and operational planning processes for key growth metrics.
  • Manage a high-performing team recognized as critical thought partners in their areas.
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic, analytical, and operational roles, with a strong ability to combine data analysis, business intuition, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in Biz Ops, consulting, investing, analytics, growth, or product management is preferred. Industry experience in consumer internet, eCommerce, or digital advertising, especially programmatic advertising, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A structured thinker who balances attention to detail with systemic solutions, capable of working closely with analytical, product, and engineering teams to develop scalable tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and technical teams alike. A collaborative, low-ego approach is essential.
  • Proven leadership in developing talent, setting ambitious goals, and delivering results through teams. Comfort in engaging directly with team members at all levels is important.

In-Office Requirement: The role requires in-person collaboration 1-2 times per quarter, and can be based anywhere in the country.
