Job Summary: To provide management and administration of departmental operations including financial planning and analysis, human and physical resource allocation, and billing and collections. To plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the work activities of subordinates.

Education & Experience

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree with five (5) years of business operations management experience.

Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: N/A

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures; formulating policy; and developing and implementing new strategies, policies, and procedures.
