Job Details:

SUMMARY: To lead analytics and provide direction for the Raw Poultry team to achieve business unit financial objectives regarding costing, pricing, demand forecasting, volume, and mix optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the execution of key initiatives between Marketing, Operations, and Sales, including new item commercialization, cost optimization, strategic business planning, capital projects, and ongoing business support.
2. Achieve assigned financial, volume, and mix objectives; develop and communicate clear cost and pricing strategies to optimize whole bird return.
3. Engage and align cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and growth in line with Tyson’s core values, policies, and strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 10 years of industry experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Special Skills: Supervisory skills required.
• Required Travel: Approximately 4-11 trips per year.
