We are seeking a talented and energetic Director, Business Intelligence (BI) - EMPAVELI who will play a key role in the commercialization of EMPAVELI in PNH. The Director will be accountable for partnering closely with U.S. commercial, and cross-functional teams to generate market-specific insights from sales and performance analytics and primary market research, to create integrated, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholder groups across the organization. The ideal candidate must have significant experience working in a commercial insights and analytics position within a biotech or biopharma company, focusing on rare diseases (hematology a plus). The Director will report to the Senior Director, Business Intelligence & Commercial Operations - EMPAVELI, and is expected to drive market knowledge and insights that foster cross-functional action, shaping strategy and tactical execution for EMPAVELI in PNH in the US.
