Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for its PCI Power Group to drive growth across regional markets and expand client relationships. You will collaborate with Operations, Branch Leadership, Labor Relations, and Project Teams to align customer engagement strategies and deliver targeted results while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

10–15 years of business development experience.
Preference: industrial/power construction or PCI scopes.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business/Marketing, or related field.
Ability to travel to branch locations.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize top customers regionally.
Lead implementation of PCI Power product lines within accounts.
Drive targeted customer acquisitions through strategic outreach.
Coordinate with GC, EPCs and Mechanical leadership for consistent client approaches.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
Collaborate with Operations and Branch Leadership to plan regional growth.
Establish standardized CRM procedures and reporting across branches.
