The Director of Business Development will drive revenue growth by developing and executing outbound sales strategies, targeting corporate accounts for group bookings and corporate wellness programs across all Canyon Ranch properties, including Tucson, Lenox, Woodside and the Fort Worth Club. This role involves prospecting new clients, cultivating business relationships and delivering custom proposals to showcase Canyon Ranch's premier wellness offerings.
Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging corporate prospects and target customer profiles, developing and executing strategic outbound lead generation initiatives, scheduling and facilitating prospecting meetings, and driving the sales process to secure new business opportunities.
The Director of Business Development will maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging with key target industries. This key player will also take a leadership role in planning and executing in-person sales trips, client events and educational trips. Must be an excellent team player and communicator. Is meticulous in documenting their sales activities so the team can act quickly and efficiently, documents lead and actively grows database for email communication and marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the wellness industry, a passion for promoting health and wellbeing, and an established network of corporate relationships, enabling them to cultivate partnerships and drive immediate impact in achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.
